Instructions for use
Remove water, wash, cut into pieces or shred large/small as desired. Blanch in boiling water. Stir-fry with vermicelli, meat/seafood, onions, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, etc. Cook soup, hot pot with pork ribs, goose, chicken, duck, bird, etc. Use to prepare vegetarian dishes

Dish 1: Bamboo shoot soup
Ingredients:
- Dried bamboo shoots: 500gr.
- Pig's trotters: 1.
- Bones: 300gr.
- Spices: salt, fish sauce, MSG, seasoning powder, pepper and onion.

How to make:
Step 1: Drain the dried bamboo shoots, wash them, cut them into pieces or shred them into large/small pieces as desired. Blanch them in boiling water, drain
Step 2: Add the onions and saute them with oil, then add the soaked, boiled and sliced dried bamboo shoots and stir-fry over low heat, add a little salt, fish sauce and a little seasoning powder to let the bamboo shoots absorb the spices.
Step 3: Wash the pig's feet and bones, then blanch them in hot water with a little salt to remove the bad smell and when stewing the bones, the broth will be clearer.
Step 4: Put the pig's feet and bones in a pot and simmer for about 30 minutes. When stewing the bones and pig's feet, you should note to skim off all the foam so that the broth is clear and fragrant.
Step 5: After cooking the pig's feet and bones for about 30 minutes, add the previously stir-fried dried bamboo shoots to the pot, continue cooking until the bamboo shoots, pig's feet and bones are soft and tender, season to taste.

Dish 2: Stir-fried dried bamboo shoots with vermicelli
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons seasoning powder
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 sesame oil
- 300 gr vermicelli
- 200 gr shrimp
- 100 gr dried bamboo shoots
- 200 gr carrots
- 1 clove garlic, green onions, coriander
How to make:
Step 1: Boil the vermicelli for 2-3 minutes, remove and put in cold water to cool, then pour out the water, soak again in cold water (about 3 minutes) remove and drain
Step 2: Thinly slice the pork, peel the shrimp
Step 3: Drain the dried bamboo shoots, wash them, cut into pieces or shred them into large/small pieces as desired. Blanch in boiling water, drain
Step 4: Mince garlic, chop green onions, wash coriander
Step 5: Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into the pan, heat the oil, saute garlic, add meat and shrimp (5 minutes), add bamboo shoots and carrots (season with 2 tablespoons of seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar).
Step 6: Stir-fry for another 5 minutes, then add vermicelli, season with 3 tablespoons of seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes, add onions, stir well and turn off the stove.
Step 7: Arrange on a plate, place coriander on top, sprinkle with pepper.

Dish 3: Braised dried bamboo shoots with meat
Ingredients:
- 300g pork belly
- 200g bamboo shoots
- Onions
- Seasonings: cooking oil, fish sauce, seasoning powder, MSG, caramel
How to make:
Step 1: Wash pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces. Chop onions. Wash and slice bamboo shoots.

Step 2: Mix dried bamboo shoots and chopped onions with pork belly and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, saute onions, add bamboo shoots and stir well, add caramel, a little boiling water, cook until meat is tender.
