Ingredients:
- 500g dried bamboo shoots
- 300g pork bones
- 1 pig's feet
- shallots, onions
- wood ear mushrooms
- fish sauce, salt, MSG
How to make:
Step 1: Prepare some necessary ingredients to cook bamboo shoot soup:
Wash the dried bamboo shoots, blanch them in boiling water, then tear the bamboo shoots or cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pig's feet and bones into bite-sized pieces and boil them.
Wash the onions, then cut the onions into strips.
Soak the wood ear mushrooms in warm water until they expand
Peel the shallots and chop them finely.
Step 2: Place the pan on the stove, add cooking oil, heat it up, then add the chopped shallots and saute until fragrant. When the shallots are fragrant, add the bamboo shoots, season with a little salt and fish sauce and saute until the bamboo shoots are evenly seasoned.

Ingredients:

How to make:
Step 1: Drain the dried bamboo shoots, wash them. Blanch the bamboo shoots in boiling water then tear them into bite-sized pieces
Step 2: Soak the dried squid for about 20-30 minutes, wash it with water to clean it and remove all the sand. Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3: Mince the shallots and garlic, add cooking oil, saute until fragrant, add squid, seasoning powder, a little fish sauce, stir-fry quickly, then pour onto a plate.
Step 4: Add cooking oil, add bamboo shoots, season with fish sauce, seasoning powder, stir-fry until firm, then add squid, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions, stir well.

Dish 3: Vegetarian dried bamboo shoot soup
Ingredients:
- 300g of soaked dried bamboo shoots
- 100g of fresh shiitake mushrooms/fragrant mushrooms
- 1/2 carrot
- Vegetarian seasoning powder, cooking oil, Vietnamese coriander
How to make:
Step 1: Drain the dried bamboo shoots, wash them, blanch them in boiling water, shred them, and drain. Cut the carrots into slices or pieces as desired.
Step 2: Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry with seasoning powder to absorb the spices. Stir-fry over low heat for about 10 minutes.
