Sweet dried bamboo shoot rib soup for a warm family meal

Ingredients:

400 grams of young ribs;

1 packet of Instant cooked dried bamboo shoots;

Green onions, dried onions;

Spices: salt, seasoning, fish sauce, cooking oil.

 

How to cook:

Step 1: Dried onions peeled, chopped; Green onions picked up the root, washed and finely chopped. Bamboo shoots washed and blanched in boiling water.

Step 2: Young ribs are washed with dilute salt water and then drained, chopped to taste, then blanched, taken out and washed thoroughly. Put the ribs in a saucepan, add some salt, then add more water, bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes until the ribs are cooked.

Step 3: Put the pan on the stove, fragrant red onion with cooking oil, stir-fry bamboo shoots, add a little fish sauce and seasoning seeds, stir for about 5 minutes.

Step 4: Next, add the stir-fried dried bamboo shoots to simmer with the ribs for another 15-20 minutes for the ingredients to cook softly, season to taste.
