How to prepare delicious sour bamboo shoot fish soup

Pre-sliced sour bamboo shoots are great ingredients used to prepare many delicious dishes according to the preferences and tastes of each family member. Kim Boi Food suggests you how to make a cool sour bamboo shoot fish soup for a more attractive family meal.

Ingredients and spices:

1 carp (tilapia, carp are fine);

1 packet of Pre-sliced sour bamboo shoots;

Green onions, coriander, fresh peppers;

Tomatoes;

Dried onions;

Seasoning seeds, salt, cooking oil.

 

How to cook:

Step 1: Rinse the ingredients. Tomatoes sliced areca citrus; fresh peppers sliced; green onions, finely chopped coriander.

Step 2: Salted fish, squeeze with salt and a little white wine to remove all the fishy smell of fish, cut into bite-sized chunks, can be briefly fried as you like.

Step 3: Put the pot on the stove, fragrant dried onions with cooking oil, then add the tomatoes to stir.

Step 4: Add the Pre-sliced sour bamboo shoots and stir-fry together for 5 minutes, add 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons seasoning seeds, stir to infuse the bamboo shoots with spices, then add 1 liter of boiling water.

Step 5: When the water boils, lower the heat, add the fish and continue to boil for about 10 minutes, season to taste. Sprinkle a few slices of chili, green onion, cilantro on the surface of the plate and turn off the burner.

Note: During the cooking process of fish soup, avoid stirring vigorously because it will crush the fish.
