Ingredients:
Mang bamboo shoots 62.5%; water 34.9%; salt 2.0%; acidity regulator (INS330) 0.5%; preservative (INS211) 0.1%.
Instructions for use:

Dish 1: Stir-fried duck with bamboo shoots
Ingredients:
- Good quality duck breast - 200 gr
- Fresh bamboo shoots - 300 gr
- Scallions
- Chili
- Betel leaves
- Spices - Seasonings - Seasoning powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper
How to make:
- After choosing a good, fresh piece of duck meat, wash it with salt and lemon/ or kumquat, white wine to remove the bad smell. Rinse again with water to clean. When the duck meat has drained, slice it thinly, marinate it with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, mix well for about 15 minutes.
- Wash the bamboo shoots, blanch them in boiling water, remove the roots and wilted, yellowed, bruised, wormy leaves from the betel leaves, then wash and slice them into strips.
- Remove the roots and yellowed leaves from the scallions, then wash and drain. Next, cut the white part and the green leaves separately to make it more convenient when cooking this delicious dish.
- Wash and chop the chili peppers, you can remove the seeds if you want.
- Next, put a pan on the stove, heat it up, add cooking oil to the pan, then add the white onion heads and fry until fragrant and golden brown. Next, pour in the marinated duck meat and stir-fry over high heat. When cooking this delicious dish, to make the duck meat firm and the duck skin secrete fat, you must pay attention to the high heat. Then, take the stir-fried duck meat out and put it in a separate bowl.
- Next, use the same pan and the duck fat that has just been secreted to stir-fry the boiled bamboo shoots, season the bamboo shoots with a teaspoon of soy sauce and about 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, when cooking this delicious dish, you can also season to your taste. • Roasted sesame, chili sauce
How to make
• Boil bamboo shoots briefly, cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice carrots, cucumbers, onions. Chili pepper cut into strips.
• Boil pork, cut into strips.
• Boil shrimp, peel.
• Wash and chop Vietnamese coriander and celery. Toast sesame seeds until golden.
• Salad fish sauce: 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, ½ lemon, a little chili sauce, stir well.
• Mixed fish sauce: lemon juice, sugar, cooled boiled water, minced garlic and chili.
• Mix bamboo shoots with salad fish sauce first to absorb, then add the ingredients: meat, shrimp, carrots, cucumbers, onions, chili, Vietnamese coriander, celery, roasted sesame seeds, mix well.
