Dish 1: Duck stir-fried with bamboo shoots

Ingredients:

- Good quality duck breast - 200 gr
- Bamboo shoots - 200 gr
- Scallions
- Chili
- Betel leaves
- Seasonings: Seasoning powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper

Processing

Step 1: After choosing a delicious, fresh piece of duck meat, wash it with salt and lemon/ or kumquat, white wine to remove the bad smell. Rinse again with water to clean. When the duck meat has been drained, slice it thinly, marinate it with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, mix well for about 15 minutes.

Step 2: Wash the bamboo shoots, blanch them in boiling water, remove the roots and wilted, yellow, bruised, and wormy leaves from the betel leaves, then wash and slice them into strips.

Pick off the roots and wilted leaves from the green onions, then wash and drain. Next, slice the white part and the green part separately to make it more convenient when cooking this delicious dish.

Wash and chop the chili peppers, you can remove the seeds if you want.

Step 3: Put a pan on the stove, heat it up, then add cooking oil to the pan, then add the white part of the onion and fry until fragrant. Next, pour in the marinated duck meat and stir-fry over high heat. When cooking this delicious dish, to make the duck meat firm and the duck skin secrete fat, you must pay attention to keep the heat high. Then you take the stir-fried duck meat out into a separate bowl.

Step 4: Use the same pan and the duck fat that has just been released to stir-fry the boiled bamboo shoots, season the bamboo shoots with a teaspoon of soy sauce and about 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, when cooking this delicious dish you can also season it to your taste. Then stir well so that the bamboo shoots absorb the spices.

Step 5: When the bamboo shoots have absorbed the spices, pour the duck meat into the pan to stir-fry together. Next, add the chili, onion, and betel leaves and stir-fry with the bamboo shoots for about a minute, then turn off the stove. Finally, you just need to arrange the delicious dish on a plate and invite the whole family to enjoy it with white rice.

Ingredients

- 100g tiger prawns
- 100g lean pork
- 50g cucumber
- 50g carrots
- 30g onions
- 1 chili pepper
