Ingredients:
- 200 Gr pork belly
- Sour figs
- 30 Gr peanuts
- 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 chilis
- 10 Gr coriander
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
How to make:
Step 1: Wash the purchased meat, rub with salt to remove the bad smell, then put it in a pot to boil. While waiting for the meat to boil, slice the figs into thin pieces and place them on a deep plate.
Step 2: Roast the peanuts, peel them and crush them. Crush and mince the garlic, chop the chili, and chop the coriander.
Step 3: Cut the meat into small, long pieces, then put them in a bowl.
